Tickets that arrive during business hours are read the same day. Something that stops work for a whole desk or a whole floor is treated as urgent and picked up first. If a message arrives after hours, it is logged and answered at the start of the next working morning, unless your office is on a watch plan with weekend cover.

No. Our lab room is in Sha Tin, but we look after offices across Hong Kong. Many routine checks are done remotely, and we schedule on site visits for setup, tidy-ups and any work that needs hands on the hardware. The address is fixed; the coverage is not.
